UNITEX MERCANTILE EXCHANGE is a non-commercial, non-financial legal entity, registered as a commodity exchange under the Law of Ukraine.

The innovative startup entered the International market in 2019 with a modern approach and an ambitious development plan.

UNITEX MERCANTILE EXCHANGE’s main sphere of activity is an organization of the exchange-traded commodity (assets, including cryptocurrencies and other virtual (digital) / tokenized assets) market.

UNITEX plans to implement and use all modern exchange trade digital crypto tools and software, such as smart-contracts, IT, AI, Blockchain, Lightning Network, etc..

The main goal of UNITEX is the creation of up-to-date commodity and virtual (digital) assets markets on the base of blockchain technologies, the formation of a transparent pricing mechanism for traders, enhancement, and simplification of communication between suppliers (providers) and end-users.
